1. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to keep accurate stock information on our website. If there is a discrepancy, we will contact you to either wait for the backordered item or receive a refund for the unavailable product.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Shipping charges will be included in the total order cost displayed at checkout.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
4. Delivery Time
- Within Tamil Nadu: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
- Outside Tamil Nadu (rest of India): Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days
Delivery delays due to courier issues or unforeseen events will be communicated as needed.
5. Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change of delivery address before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.
6. P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only. Courier service is not available for P.O. boxes.
7. Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using India Post. Courier service may not be available for these locations.
8. Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will hold the shipment until restocking. Alternatively, you may opt for a partial shipment or refund for the unavailable item.
9. Delivery Delays
If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance. We will coordinate with the shipping provider for resolution.
10. Tracking
A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your order’s delivery progress.
11. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately. If already accepted, contact our support with photos and order details within 2–3 days of delivery.
12. Duties & Taxes
- Sales Tax is included in the displayed prices.
- Import Duties (for international orders): Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery. Refusal to pay will result in return of the goods at your expense. Refunds will exclude shipping and return costs.
13. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
14. Insurance
All shipments are insured up to the product value. In case of damage or loss during transit, a replacement or refund will be issued once the courier completes the investigation.
